If Hyderabad had had an airport hotel, this would have been it! Ramada Hotel Manohar is so close to Rajiv Gandhi airport that you cannot miss it. When you are getting out of the airport area, you will pass it on your left. At that juncture, a turn to the right, under the flyover, will take you to Begumpet and beyond, and a turn to the left will take you to Secunderabad. The hotel is in easy striking distance of the commercial and the shopping centers of the twin cities. It is also within easy reach of the railway stations in Secunderabad and Hyderabad.

The Ramada Manohar went into business a few years ago. Nevertheless, there is a constant effort to improve the rooms. Minute attention is paid to everyday cleanliness. There are 135 fully soundproof rooms, including 24 suites and one Presidential Suite. All rooms are equipped with an electromagnetic key card system for entry. All rooms also have multi-channel cable TV, telecom and a mini bar. Tariff is inclusive of buffet breakfast at the Cascade in the main lobby.

There are two restaurants on the premises: Cascade, a coffee shop and multi-cuisine restaurant, and Copper Pot, an unusual and distinctive place for North and North West Indian cuisine. The Alcove bar is situated right next to the Cascade. The hotel also has another place in the cellar, called The Passport, where you can have a drink and play pool.

For conferences and banquets, Ramada Manohar has rooms like Topaz (seating 50) to Crystal Palace (seating 600), and others in between. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool that can be seen from the Cascade, and tennis court, health club, gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi and chilled showers in a facility next door. It provides travel-related services, same-day laundry service, and a 24-hour safe deposit locker service. Room Service is also available throughout the day and night.

Prices: Standard Room - while single occupancy is Rs.1,895, double occupancy is Rs. 2,195 per day. Rates are progressively higher for Superior Room, Junior Suite, Suite, Deluxe Suite. The Presidential Suite is priced at Rs. 6,995. Extra bed costs Rs. 350. The Executive Clubrooms that cater to the style and expectations of today's business traveler are priced from Rs. 2,595 (single occupancy), to Rs. 2,895 (double occupancy) to Rs. 4,595 for the Deluxe Suite.
